With over 7 years of hands-on experience in traffic management, Jamie brings a depth of on-site competence that is rare at directorial level. Having worked across the full spectrum of scheme complexity — from 12D contraflow systems through to 12AB high-speed motorway operations — he understands the technical and operational demands that clients face from the ground up. That site-level credibility shapes the way Jamie works: directly alongside clients, with a clear understanding of programme pressures, safety obligations and the standards that matter. His approach combines practical expertise with a professional rigour that gives contractors confidence at every stage of a scheme.

With over 15 years of experience spanning recruitment, compliance, and employment law, Hayley brings a level of rigour to people management that underpins everything MXKLN Group does. Her background covers the full scope of HR practice — from operative onboarding and workforce compliance through to health and safety legislation, regulatory obligations and the legal frameworks that govern employment in the infrastructure sector. Hayley ensures that every individual within the MXKLN network meets the standards required, that our processes are thorough and defensible, and that both clients and operatives are fully protected at every stage of engagement.
